Welcome to We Haul Nashville. By using our website or booking services through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide residential and long-distance moving services. Service availability depends on scheduling, crew availability, and location.

2. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide.
• Local moves are billed hourly with a 1-hour minimum.
• Long-distance pricing is based on distance, load size, and travel time.
• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your move. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

4. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to items
• Improperly packed customer boxes
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

You are encouraged to purchase additional moving insurance if needed.
